I had a memorable 19 birthday this year. Celebrations were spread over four days. Its no wonder I'm feeling like a Queen. -grins

On Friday, two of my 'S' friends, namely Ah Tan and Shuning, made me follow them after school. I had no idea what was going on until we reached Boon Lay and I saw that we were supposed to take the bus to NTU. Upon reaching, we met Long who told me that they're going to play agame with me. They were going to dump me in some secluded place and give me a map, then tell me where they were and I'm supposed to find them. Omg, how I panicked. I can't read maps at all. So while we were on our way to one of the school canteens to eat lunch, I secretly try to remember my surroundings. Well, in actual fact, that trio tricked me. They led me to Sweedy's hall after lunch and we had a celebration there=)

The chocolate cake bought by Sweedy was delicious. In fact, I finished half of the what looks like a 500g cake. The rest were still arguing that they couldnt take another piece. Sigh'

Headed back home after that to celebrate with my family. We had Fish head and roasted duck for dinner. As I was still quite full from the cake, I ate strawberries instead of rice. Mum bought me a redcurrant cheesecake which I find a little too sweet. Nonetheless, I still like it cus its specially ordered for me by Mummy=))

On the second day of celebration, Ah Tan and I went Sentosa! We wanted to take the luge ride badly. We took a mightly lot of pictures and I enjoyed myself immensely. It was because Ah Tan was damn funny and nearly went off her rocker when she came over to my house later; all for my self entertainment.

Went out with Ricky on the third day of celebration. He refused to tell me where was the place that he's going to bring me to till we got there. Anyway, we celebrated at The Secret Garden. The ambience was lovely, food was lovely and so was the company. He had day and night firing the day before so he slept for only around 2 hours. Poor thing.

I think he spent a lot on the present. The Water Ball has music one! And the "toy" inside the ball turns! Even though I'm all for practical presents, it was really sweet=)

The Two of Us

He couldnt celebrate with me on the actual day so he got flowers delivered to my house instead. 12 stalks of roses. I think even my mum was wowed over. (We took the picture together afterwards)

Well, actually I thought the celebration would end by day three but no! I was in for a bigger surprise! The beloved Ah yong aka Sherlyne, pretende to be a stalker. She used a number that I do not know of and send me sms (orders) to go to my gate and collect things. Firstly, she tied sushi to my gate. I dint see it at first. And when I finally retrieved it, my mum asked me if I'm really going to eat it. She was worried that it might be poisoned. I was really bewildered as to who whould tie sushi on my door. Not many people know where I live. So I started guessing. Eventually, I thought that Sherlyne would be a possibility as I began to finish the last of the sushis in the pack. Then, I received another order to open my gate again and look at the floor. Lo and behold. I founda borders plastic bag. And when I opened the bag, I found Marian Keyne's Sushi for Beginners. Suspicions confirmed. Firstly, nobody discusses about books with me other than Sherlyne. Secondly, nobody knows that I wanted that book except her. Thirdly, Eleen called me on the pretext that she got the Secret vcd and we could watched it together but all she wanted was to check if I was at home. Ta Dah! I'm getting smarter these days.

I had a blast! I feel so loved! And in Sherlyne's words," I'm a happy kid".

Omg I dreamt of the yongs yesterday. I cant really rmb the details. Apparently, sher’s staying over at my house, and her sis wants her to go home. Sher refused and eleen popped up at my house. My dad, being nice to my friends asked eleen if ‘he’ wants to stay over as well and said that ‘he’ could sleep in my brother’s room and leave the girls (sher and me) to themselves.

Oh and I dreamt that my mum and dad are thinking of having a new addition to the family before that and they started quarelling about when they should have it.

It seems like I never fail to have weird dreams.

Yeah it’s the RECESS WEEK!

Ooh la la~!

Even though I know I have tons of work to do, I still can’t stop myself for being so happy about the one week break! No more waking up early! No more squeezing in hot and stuffy 151 buses! No more!

It’ll be a busy week though. With all the assignments and stuff that I know nothing about and have no interest to go and bother myself with knowing it yet. I’m a very last minute person if you can tell. And I’m really lazy. The uni pple are really hardworking and sometimes, it kinda freaks me out.

And I’m excited! PL’s funfair is coming! Birthday is coming! And Ricky is bad at hiding surprises and I kept probing so hehe. But there are still things that he refuses to tell me so…

There's not enough to go around.

I’m tired.

It’s so horrible to start this blog entry in such a depressing mood but I’m really shagged. I think I really have bad time management? Its either that or I’m really unhealthy. I’m trying hard not to keep moaning about how tiring it is everyday cus as Tan says, I sound like an old woman. Which I think is very true cus I’m young! I shouldn’t be feeling tired all the time! But oh wells, thats another matter altogether.

Tan’s been so nice to me. I feel that I owe her plenty. I love you Tan!

My two tuition sessions for this week has been postponed to next week. That means, I’ll have four tuition sessions next week! The first session, I was stuck in a jam after school so I was 40 minutes late so obviously, I hafta cancel tuition. The second session, I already reached my aunt’s place. We were well into tuition for like 20 minutes when my aunt called and asked me to postpone tuition cus she wants to bring us out to dinner. And because Ricky was waiting for me, I refused. But my aunt was using my pay to threaten me! Saying that she won’t give me my pay if I don’t join them.

School has been......quite fun. For example, I’m taking theatre studies so the practical is really enjoyable. It’s like playgroup. And I’ve been socialising! I’m so proud of myself=) but the people in uni are really hardworking. I feel really lazy. Actually, there are extremes. But I feel that I really need to revise my stuff cus I really don’t understand what’s going on sometimes. I have to read and re-read and re-read to familiarise with the cheem cheem theories and I haven been re-reading. I haven even been reading!

Got the tickets to go watch JBJ. I have a feeling I won’t be enjoying the play cus I’ll be busy taking notes. Damn, I think I’ll miss all the humour. I’m really excited for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I am so glad that Sher manages to convince me to go catch it. Now there’s something to look forward to other than readings, deadlines, test and quizzes.

chinese tutorial

I woke up at 7.30am. Washed up, dressed, had breakfast and decided to double check the venue for Chinese tut once again. And to my “horror”, I realized that Chinese tut only starts on week 5. Goodness gracious me! I could have slept till one! And to make sure that I’m not the only one whose web browser says that tut starts on week 5, I went to check the forum and lo and behold! There’s no tutorial today!!! I’m so mad at myself right now.
